When you log in to the site with an existing account, DAVINCI CONCEPT may process data associated with the account that you have already provided.

All our partners, employees, consultants, and authorized persons who process your data on our behalf are contractually obliged to respect the confidentiality of this data and to ensure at least the same level of protection as that offered by DAVINCI CONCEPT.
5. Data processing duration
DAVINCI CONCEPT processes your personal data for the shortest period necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes.
If you are a client, we process your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter, in accordance with internal policies and legal obligations (for example, financial-accounting documents are kept for 10 years according to current legislation).
If you exercise your right to delete your user account, DAVINCI CONCEPT will interpret this action as a request to unsubscribe and delete the data associated with the account, with the exception of data for which there is a legal obligation to retain. Account deletion is not an automatic process and requires human validation. If there are active orders on the account, deletion can only be carried out after their completion and delivery.
If you withdraw your consent for processing for marketing purposes, DAVINCI CONCEPT will immediately cease processing data for this purpose, without affecting processing performed previously based on valid consent.
